In-store pickup

Free & delivery within 24 hours after your order is validated.
Collection from Monday to Saturday during store opening hours.

After your order is confirmed, it will be ready for pickup within 24 hours. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution to fulfill your order. Each product page indicates when the product is only available for in-store pickup. Our chocolate candies are handcrafted and preservative-free. For this reason, and to guarantee optimal freshness when you enjoy them, we intentionally give them short expiration dates. You will have 10 business days to pick up your order in-store. Otherwise, it will be considered lost and will not be refunded.

Shipping within Metropolitan France

Colissimo minimum 48h
Any order placed after 1:30 PM will be shipped the following day (business days only). If you order on a Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday. A tracking number will be sent to you by email after you place your order. Please note that these emails sometimes end up in spam folders. Once you have retrieved your tracking number, you can track your package on the laposte.fr website.
