Products
We develop our recipes using cocoa beans from different origins: Haiti, Madagascar, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, and more. From selecting cooperatives and raw materials to blending origins and adjusting flavors to achieve the desired couverture or a delicious praline, we control every step to guarantee the excellence of our products. We require our suppliers to commit to our code of good practices and our product specifications, which are based on several criteria, including:

✓ Working conditions (child labor prohibited)
We require our suppliers to behave ethically and operate in a socially responsible manner. Through our travels, we prioritize direct connections with producers.
Our workshop is located in Touraine, in Chambray-lès-Tours. It is there that we transform cocoa into chocolate and dried fruit into praline. The confectionery is also made on site. This allows us to have complete control over the development of our recipes.
To best preserve the quality of our chocolates, store them at a temperature close to 18°C (64°F), in their original packaging, away from moisture, air, and light. Our storage recommendations are provided on each product page under the "Storage" tab to guide you as best as possible.
Our chocolates are handcrafted and preservative-free. For this reason, and to guarantee perfect freshness when you enjoy them, we intentionally set particularly short "best before" dates. They are kept for five weeks from the date they leave our factory. They are removed from sale 15 days before their best before date. Beyond this date, our chocolates can still be enjoyed safely for several more weeks, although they may not be of the same quality as during the specified period.
All our products may contain traces of other ingredients (nuts, gluten, etc.) as all our production takes place in the same facility. In compliance with the law and in the interest of transparency, we label our products and provide ingredient information on the product pages of our website. This information is also available in our stores through our sales staff and in the allergen lists found in our recipes.
Unfortunately, customizing our gift boxes is not available on our website due to logistical reasons. This service is only available in-store, where you can create your perfect box. All our boxes combine milk and dark chocolate, with dark chocolate being the dominant flavor.
Order
We can modify or complete the shipping address for your order within 2 hours of receiving the order confirmation email. Send us a message right here.
You have the option to leave a personal message for your recipient. A box is provided for this purpose after the order confirmation form!
Your order can be modified within 2 hours of receiving the confirmation email. We can, at your convenience, remove an item and issue a refund, or add a product that may have been omitted by processing a remote payment. Send us a message right here .
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email (be careful not to make a mistake when entering your email address) containing your package's tracking number. Click on it to track your package!
For in-store pickup...
We never include invoices in our mailings. They can be downloaded from the My Account section or from your order confirmation email. Simply click on the desired order to download it. If you wish to modify your order or have any other questions, please go here.
Delivery

We offer in-store pickup as well as shipping within France and Europe. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, and since Brexit, shipping conditions have changed. Customs clearance fees are now applied to orders valued at £135 or more. These fees amount to 8% of the total order value and are payable by the recipient.
We deliver to mainland France, Corsica and the following European countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic.
We are sincerely sorry to hear that your item did not arrive in perfect condition. To find a solution quickly, you have 48 hours from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of any issues you notice upon delivery.
