Inherited from the royal pastry chef Nicolas Stohrer, creator of the recipe in the 18th century, this jarred version contains nine soft, moist baba cakes, generously soaked in amber rum from the Antilles. Meltingly tender and delicately flavored, they reveal all the finesse of a great classic, elegantly revisited.
Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume quickly (within one month).
